Call for Papers

Closing date for submission of abstracts for oral paper and poster submissions is Friday September 24, 2004. Abstracts should be submitted online when you register.

ORAL PAPERS

1. Prepare an abstract of your presentation. The body of the abstract should not be more than 200 words. The abstract should provide a summary of the content of your proposed paper

2. Abstracts must be submitted online when you register. Please follow the directions provided on the registration page. You may copy and paste the text of your abstract from a word file.

Oral presentation must be supported by a PowerPoint (97 or later) presentation. No other form of projection will be available. Powerpoint presentations should be submitted online by Tuesday 19 October. Please bring a back-up on a CD with you.

POSTERS

1. Prepare an abstract of your poster. The body of the abstract should not be more than 200 words. The abstract should provide a summary of the content of your proposed poster

2. Abstracts must be submitted online when you register. Please follow the directions provided on the registration page. You may copy and paste the text of your abstract from a word file.

Posters should be approximately 4' wide by 3' tall. Each poster board is 4' by 4'. Tacks for poster boards will be provided. Posters should be set up between 5 and 5.30 pm on Friday 22 October.
